Q: What is your Minimum Order?

There is no minimum to order, but there is a minimum order for Free Shipping. In order to sell our sunglasses, reading glasses, and accessories at extremely low rates, we only sell to wholesalers, distributors, importers, and retailers. This means that we cannot accommodate orders for single piece items. For orders between $1.00 to $99.99, we charge a flat rate handling fee of $25. We offer various payment methods if you need to arrange a custom solution to place your order. If you attempt and bypass our system and place an order less than $50 & free shipping, there is a $100 handling fee or we will cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Q: Do the prices that are showing by products indicate Wholesale Prices?

Yes, all of our prices are for wholesale B2B transactions.

Q: What is your return policy?

We generally do not take returns unless the merchandise is defective. You have 5 business days from the day you receive your order to let us know of any damages or defects. Damaged and defective items do not count as generic returns. That being said, we do accept returns under certain circumstances. You will be required to pay for the shipping of the merchandise back to us plus there is a 15% restocking fee which will be taken from the refund amount. Any shipping costs, including the cost of shipping you paid when the order was placed and the cost of the shipping to return the item, will not be refunded to you. Please email us to see if your order qualifies for a return or exchange. Do not send anything back without speaking with us. 

Q: How do you ship? How long until I receive my order?

We ship via UPS (USPS for PO Box Orders) and orders generally go out within 24-72 hours. If you need an order to go out the same day, or need it sooner, please call and place the order over the phone and we can give you some options. Please Note: During container deliveries orders may be delayed in shipping.

Q: What if have an International Order?

Option 1: Have your order shipped to a mailing address within the lower 48 states in the USA. Then have an entity ship your items to you (excludes PO Box). 
Option 2: Give us  a call at 1-323-589-7828 to place your order. For all international location, payment must be made by wire transfer. To save in shipping charges, you can use your own FedEx Account.

Q: Do you list/provide suggested retail pricing on your eyewear?

Because we mostly sell to other importers, distributors and wholesalers, we do not bring in many of our styles with retail pricing.However, all of our styles come with UPC numbers. We do have a variety of products that come with pre-priced tags, which is perfect if you’re concerned about the amount of work that you’ll have to invest into getting our products onto your shelves! Q: How is the quality of the sunglasses and reading glasses you sell?

Our quality is excellent and we have implemented a system of multiple quality control inspections to ensure that the final product meets all of our expectations and requirements. Quality does vary based on the product, however, as different styles are made of different materials, have different mechanisms, and different manufacturers. We bring in products of all price points to accommodate all of our customers.

Q: Do you do special/custom orders?

Yes! We can do anything from having your company’s name embossed on the frames to creating an entirely new sunglass or reading glass model to custom specifications. Q: Are your sunglasses and reading glasses legal to sell?

Absolutely! Our sunglasses and reading glasses are 100% legal to sell. We are the registered trademark holder of our own name brands that we carry, including G Sport, RxR, D’amor, Kature, and Ride With Pride. We carry the majority of classic designs, such as Aviators, Wrap Arounds, Fashion, Sport, Polarized, Party Glasses, Safety Glasses and all of the basic styles. None of our products infringe on any existing copyrights or trademarks.

Q: Do I need any sort of license or permit to buy from Shark Eyes, Inc.?

California businesses/residents must provide a resale number if they intend to resell our eyewear. Please click here to receive a copy of the Resale Certificate. Once you complete the certificate form, you can either fax to us at (877) 211-9740 or email back to us at info@sharkeyes.com. By California state tax law, we will not be able to release any merchandise to you without receiving these two documents. California businesses, as well as Non-Profit Organizations, will need to provide a Tax ID number. As a good-faith contribution, we sell to Non-Profits Organizations at discounted rates for Mission Trips. Call us at (323) 589-7828 for details.

Q: What protection do you use in your sunglasses?

All of our Sunglasses are UV protected and come with the UV stickers on the lens or the hang tag.

Q: Do you offer discounts for purchasing in bulk?

Yes – many of our products include an automatic discount when purchasing more than a specific quantity. If you don’t see a bulk discount available on the product page of the item you’re interested in, please call us at (323) 589-7828 and we’ll provide you with a custom quote.
